History

The history of the Honeyfield Trailer site at Winterstoke Road, Bristol goes back in the family for eighty years or more. The great grandfather of the present dynasty occupied the site as coal merchants with deliveries on horse and carts. Time then moved onto his son Frederick Honeyfield who introduced into the company commercial vehicles for hire to the building industry. Progress was then to follow when his son John Honeyfield transferred the business over 40 years ago into the world of trailers of all discriptions coupled with a service to stockist throughout the west country. Edward Honeyfield , Johns son, today carries the responsibility of managing the company .
The eighty year history of the Bristol site confirms that throughout the Honeyfield family history transportation has been the forefront of its business involvement. It has added to this theme the successful introduction over the last 10 years of electric bicycles.
